Worthing Crematorium

Worthing Crematorium is managed by Worthing Borough Council and offers a range of facilities to provide a dignified cremation service. Whether you require a full traditional religious service or a more informal gathering to say goodbye, the crematorium can accommodate all requirements. Every service is individual and the crematorium recognise this. There are two chapels at the crematorium; The Kingswood Chapel and the Muntham Chapel. The Kingswood Chapel was added to the crematorium in 2007 to reflect the need for a larger chapel and was named after the ancient woodland that surrounds the site. The chapel has seating capacity for 160 people and further standing room for 60 mourners. The Muntham Chapel is the original crematorium chapel which is best suited to smaller funerals with seating for up to 80 people and further room for 40 people standing. Both of the chapels have a music and media system and the ability to web cast the service.
