Peter and Susan Melrose, who look after the business, both hold professional qualifications. Peter has 32 years of experience in funeral directing and is a member of the British Institute of Funeral Directors and the British Institute of Embalming. Susan is a professionally qualified embalmer, and we count others among our staff who are also qualified embalmers and funeral directors: Eddie Wellington, who joined us in 2014, and Lilly Davis, who joined the Melrose business in 2012.
