Our independent, family-run business has been trading for over 200 years: first established by the Cottrill family, the business has since enjoyed 35 years of partnership with LD & A Tideswell & Sons, which is currently managed by Alan and Sally Tideswell. Over the years, our reputation for excellence has been continually strengthened by our commitment to providing families throughout the HIgh Peak region with friendly, respectful and personal funeral services. As your funeral directors, we are always available to help and advise in whatever way we can, providing a personal service to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our services to you start when you contact us, whether by telephone or calling personally, and often extend way beyond the day of the funeral itself. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service at reasonable cost, with presentation of the funerals to the highest order. A private chapel of rest is available to our families with private viewing facilities and a 24 hour call-out service is available to all. Catering to both religious and non-religious requirements, we offer a range of services to the families that we serve.
