John Davies and Sons Funeral Directors was established in the early 1900’s and it is now owned and operated by Mr John Davies, the grandson of the founder. Over the years, the business has evolved from being undertakers, coach builders, and carrying out building repairs, to a focus on Funeral Directing and Memorial Masonry. Over the years we have provided a thoughtful, high quality and reasonably priced service to the local community. Our private chapel and office is situated in private grounds. The chapel can accommodate up to 60 people during a service, which can be religious or non-religious. Our facilities offer a perfect setting to say goodbye to your loved one, and for them to reside until the day of the service. Parking is available for visitors. Today we serve Treharris, Nelson, Bedlinog, Gelligaer, Hengoed, Abercynon, Merthyr Vale and all surrounding areas.
