Waveney Crematorium

Waveney Crematorium and Memorial Park was opened in the Autumn of 2015 to provide cremation facilities and a Garden of Remembrance situated in a beautiful natural setting. The crematorium is currently owned and managed by Memoria Limited and is one of a number of sites managed by the company. For families planning a service at the crematorium, bookings are allocated a time period of one hour which provides a 40 minute service and then 20 minutes for arrival and departure from the building. The tastefully decorated chapel has a capacity for 100 people although this can be extended to as many as 400 for larger congregations. With a range of modern day facilities in the chapel including a music system, plasma screens and web camera for live streaming to those who cannot attend, the crematorium is well equipped to deliver a contemporary funeral service.
