Thornton Garden of Rest Crematorium

Maintained and ran by Sefton Council, the Thornton Garden of Rest Crematorium can be found in Thornton near to Crosby. It offers a place for those in the area to say goodbye to their loved ones. The chapel comes with enough space to seat 80 people and it comes complete with a hearing loop system for those that are hard of hearing. During services at this Green flag award site, you can choose from live organ playing or utilise the sound system in order to play music. Within the crematorium there is a waiting room for those who are early to the service and it also has a book of remembrance room which can be used to create a memorial for your loved one.
