City Road Crematorium

City Road Crematorium is part of the cremation services that are managed by Sheffield City Council. The crematorium is a traditional styled building that has two separate chapels that provide cremation services. The old chapel at City Road can accommodate up to 200 people and the new chapel can accommodate up to 100. There are a number of facilities that are available at this particular crematorium this includes access and toilet for those who are disabled as well as a hearing loop for the hearing impaired. During the service you are able to choose from piped or electronic organs or if you prefer, there is also the ability to arrange for music to be played via the sound system.
