Charing Crematorium

A peaceful and unique place set in beautiful woodland and surrounded by lawns, rose beds and shrubs, Charing Crematorium is a privately owned facility, currently managed by the Westerleigh Group. Cremation services are designed around the family of the deceased and they can be as unique or personal as you would like. Funerals are booked in 40 minute slots throughout the day, allowing 25 minutes for the actual cremation service. The Chapel is non-denominational and it can be personalised in whichever way you would like for the service and there are always fresh flowers on display. Currently the crematorium at Charing has seating for 100 mourners in addition to standing room inside the chapel. Musical tributes are welcomed and can be played using the modern media system. Web casting facilities are also available in the chapel.
