The Tender Touch is a family run independent funeral directors with branches in Bexley, Gravesend, Lee, Orpington and Plumstead. We have designed each of our branches to feel like a home from home. However, if you would prefer we can come to your home and make all the necessary arrangements if you are not able to come to one of our branches. Each of our branches has a reception area, an arrangement room and a private chapel of rest. We pride ourselves at Tender Touch on being able to provide whatever service you need. We can arrange cremations, burials and natural burials, as well as repatriations where necessary. Nothing is too much for our dedicated and professional team who are on site 9:00am until 5:00pm but are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Going the extra mile is what we do. We understand that funerals are personal and need to be tailored to suit your requirements, and so we make sure that we are able to provide all the support, help and guidance that is needed to turn your wishes into reality. As a family company, we genuinely care and will be there whenever you may need us, even once the funeral has passed. The completion of any necessary forms is something we can do for you or help you to complete and our personal service will ensure that you receive every assistance with your decisions and arrangements.
