It is from here that we will answer your call or enquiry through Funeralbooker and either invite you into the office or come and visit you in your home – whatever suits you best. From then, we will be available to you at every step of the way, providing advice as well as handling the organisation of the funeral itself. This has always been our approach and why so many families return to use our services throughout the generations. However, at Robert Sampson we also recognise the growing need for some families to be intrinsically involved in the planning of the funeral. Whether that be the sourcing of your own coffin, or the taking of the service itself, family participation is something that we will always encourage and facilitate if that is what you would like.
