Mead Family Funerals provide services for the bereaved across Wiltshire. Owned and managed by Jeremy & Karen Mead, we are both licensed funeral directors, and hold level 4 diplomas in funeral services. We’re the only fully licensed and family owned professionally qualified funeral directors in the area and our level of service is second to none. At Mead Family Funerals we provide help and advice in a courteous and respectful way, as we firmly believe that delivering a service that is personal and attentive to you and your family really is everything. We start the funeral arranging process with you at a time and place that is convenient to you – whether that be in the comfortable surroundings of your own home or at our office. There, we’ll arrange the funeral to your specific needs and requirements. We work to cover all aspects of funeral arranging from the simplest of funerals through to more complex aspects such as international repatriation and exhumation. We also have an experienced and highly professional memorial department who can deliver beautiful headstones, hand carved statues, pet memorials or simple flat stones to mark the place of interment. We’ll guide you through the legal requirements and the finer details of arranging the funeral and can happily explain all our estimates and invoices throughout the process so that you understand fully what you’re paying for and why. Relatives and friends of the deceased are always welcome to visit our chapel of rest to say their final farewells in a comforting and peaceful environment unless you ask us not to. We look after and care for your loved one to your exact requirements at all times.
