Based in Lichfield, Jukes Funeral Services is an independent, family run funeral business with a deep-rooted history in the area. We pride ourselves on the fact that our staff live and have grown up in and around Lichfield and are familiar with all aspects of arranging funeral requirements locally. We have many years of experience to draw upon when it comes to arranging funerals. My name is Sophie Jukes and as the Managing Director I possess a wealth of experience in the funeral sector. After holding positions at various level with both large corporate and independent companies, I decided that I wanted to open my own funeral business providing the people of Lichfield with a trusted, local independent. I hold qualifications with both the British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD) and the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), two of the most respected organisations involved in the funeral industry. As well as myself, I am assisted by other local staff members including Ryan Dobson and Stuart Clancy. Both have similar training backgrounds to myself and together we provide the highest standard of care for both you and your loved one. Opening as an independent funeral director, such as Jukes Funeral Services, means that we are not beholden to head office targets. As such, we believe that each and every family has different requirements. To this end, we strive to provide a unique service to the families we serve. We make sure that the wishes of the deceased are wholly respected and the right choice of music, hymns, reading and other factors are made. We can provide you with in-depth advice and knowledge on creating the perfect, dignified and elegant ceremony for your loved one. It will be a privilege to help and advise you through one of the most difficult times in your life.
