Brookes & Co, Kingswinford; J.T. Brookes & Co, Hagley; J. R. Jones & Co, Gornal; Dainty & Downing, Dudley and T Hadley, Blackheath into the N. E. Downing family. We are still operated and overseen today by the Downing generation with William Downing taking the reins assisted by other family members such as Stephen, Sue and Lucy Downing.
