Ivor Thomas Funerals are a little different. We offer a complete funeral service but are committed to ensuring we offer funerals that are affordable for all. Our experience in serving Cardiff, Caerphilly and surrounding areas has helped us create a service that combines affordability with outstanding care and expertise, to ensure that you and your family are able to say farewell to your loved one in a memorable and dignified manner. The first stage of organising a funeral is to decide what type of service you would like. We offer direct cremation or direct burial, which suits many people who do not wish to have a traditional ceremony. There is no service involved in direct cremation or burial, but you will be able to take delivery of cremated remains or visit the marked grave should you wish. We can also organise a Pure Cremation or Pure Burial. These are perfect for if your loved one would like a service but with minimal fuss. Pure Cremation will take place at the crematorium chapel, whilst Pure Service Burial takes place at the graveside, with the option of an additional ceremony in the chapel if you would like. Prices for these arrangements are complete and include everything required to say a simple farewell in the way you and your family choose, and a way that honours your loved one's wishes.
