Ian Watts & Son is an independent, family-owned and managed funeral service. Established in 1968, we are passionate about care, respect and dignity, and we are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – whenever you may need us most. We offer traditional and modern funeral services and, because our advice is free, we encourage families to call us whenever they need – whether to make funeral arrangements, or just for some friendly advice. At Ian Watts & Son, we are transparent about costs and will never incur anyone in unnecessary expense, but we will always provide the highest quality care and service. We have private Chapels of Rest, visitors' lounges, off-road parking and showrooms of memorial stones together with private offices, and will always offer to visit you in your own home, too. We also provide free assistance with a wide range of funeral grants and will always help alleviate any worries families may have about costs. We work to personalise every funeral and thanksgiving service, as it is an honour for us to be asked to adopt such a privileged position during your most difficult time of need (both female and male funeral directors are also available at all times). Ashes to glass jewellery, supplying of and refurbishment of memorial stones and memorial tablets, urns, caskets, ashes scatter pods are just some of the items we assist with.
