She has over 11 years’ experience in the funeral industry and has had jobs in various roles and sectors. Denise has an excellent knowledge of the industry - particularly with DWP claims - and is always willing to help as best she can. Our Funeral Director, Ian, has been in the business for over 10 years as a casual operative. He is a keen member of the team, with an eye for detail, and is always happy to offer help where he can. Ian is a hard-working and caring gentleman, and will always go the extra mile to help console families through the pain of losing a loved one.
