At Farthing Funeral Service our staff are available to you on a 24-hours a day basis. Whenever you need us to, we can arrange conveyance of the deceased to our funeral home. If the death occurred at home or in a nursing home, and you wish your loved one to be moved to our funeral home, we can do this as soon as the doctor or other health professional has given us permission. If death occurred in hospital then we can only move the person once the registration has been completed. We can then arrange to meet you, either in the comfort of your own home or at our offices, to guide and support you through the funeral arranging process. We’ll answer any questions you may have and make you fully aware of all of the options available to you. We’ll ensure that we tailor and organise everything as closely to your personal needs and wishes as is possible.
