Ewing Funeral Service in Kelty, Scotland is a well-established independent funeral director servicing the Kelty area since 1970. The late John Graham Ewing began providing funeral services to the village of Kelty in Fife, Scotland. The Ewing Funeral Service has now grown to provide a comprehensive range of bereavement and memorial services to Fife, Kinross-shire and beyond. Having operated from a number of rented locations in Kelty and Kinross over the years, Ewing Funeral Service took the decision to purchase the former Doctors surgery located next to the community centre in Kelty’s Main Street in 1999. Many generations from the Kelty area will remember 114 Main Street as either Dr Kay’s or Dr Richmond’s surgery. But it has now been re-named Dùilinnis Funeral Home. Having this location allows us to provide a proper level of care to our clients and their families. We are able to properly care for the deceased, locally and in a dignified manner and have full facilities to allow for visiting your loved one as well as a small service room which can accommodate up to 15 people. We also have plans in place to improve our facilities to an even higher standard over the next few years. Ewing Funeral Service are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD). We provide support for all aspects of funeral arrangements for both burial and cremation services. We offer a support line, home visits, a service chapel for you to use and family participation. Our staff are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year. If the death has taken place at home, our staff will call out to assist you as soon as possible. Once our funeral director has spoken to your family we'll take care of booking the cemetery or crematorium, arranging all relevant legal paperwork to ensure the funeral goes ahead and booking all extra services. Our office in Birstall is located on the Main Street in Kelty.
