Eric. F Box Funeral Directors is an independent funeral directors operating in the Wakefield area. With two branches, one on the Kingsway, Osset and the other on Bradford Road, Dewsbury, we are a small family run business that puts the needs of the family first. Established back in 1853, we have an excellent local reputation and strong ties to the community we serve. Our customer service is second to none. We promise to be there for you throughout this difficult time. We offer a wide range of services including an extensive range of funeral vehicles. As well as beautiful classic glass backed hearses we can obtain a variety of others including a Big Truck, a Morris Minor, a VW Camper as well as others. We also offer a wide selection of coffins ranging from solid oak to woven eco-friendly variations. We can also cater for a variety of faiths including Roman Catholic, Church of England, Hindu, Islam, Judaism and Sikh. In our office here at Eric. F Box Funeral Directors, we have a private chapel that can be used for viewings before a funeral or even to hold small services. Whilst not all families do wish to visit their loved one, many feel they can say their final goodbyes during this time. If you are unsure whether this option is right for you and your family we can discuss that. We here at Eric. F Box Funeral Directors understand that bereavement does not conform to a 9-5 structure and therefore neither do we. We are able to do out of hours collections and communications. We have two offices in Osset and Dewsbury. Our Osset office can be found on The Kingsway just off Ventnor Way. Both branches have free parking close by and are home to our friendly teams.
