Founded in 2005 by Brian Elwood & David Capper, Elwood and Capper Ltd Independent Funeral Directors is Dunmurry's only family run, independent funeral service. We offer a 24-hour personal service to families in need at a difficult time. Our head office is located in Dunmurry with a second office available on Loughgall. Our Loughgall office can be found on Ballymagerny Road. Brian and David's decision to combine their expertise and with the respect of Brian's late father Bobby Elwood, a once highly respected and well-known funeral director himself, has meant that they can offer a complete funeral service to their clients that is second to none in both professionalism and personal touch. They are certain that they can extend this promise for generations to come. During the spring of 2007, the Elwood & Capper Funeral Church was officially opened and dedicated by members of the local clergy, making it a dedicated religious building. This beautiful & bright church has capacity for up to 50 people and is perfect for any funeral service. There is also a private rest/viewing room for the deceased. The church is equipped with an electric organ for playing music and singing hymns if required. The church is fully wheel-chair accessible.
