Chris Davies Funeral Services is a fully independent, family-owned funeral directors, and has many years of experience providing personal care and support to people who have suffered a bereavement. We are based in Aberdare, South Wales, and provide funeral services to anyone in the local community and surrounding areas. We are fully committed to helping people in any way we can, through what can be one of the most difficult periods of their life. If necessary, a home visit can be arranged and we are able to collect the deceased any time of day or night. We also have access to repatriation services throughout the UK and overseas, if this is needed. There is also a chapel of rest available where viewings can be held, and if required, a full service can also take place. We respect everyone's beliefs and religion and are sensitive to all the various traditions and customs that can apply to differing faiths. We will accommodate these in every way possible during the funeral and afterwards. At all times, we recognise that losing a loved one can put immense strain on those left behind, and we will do all we can to help people deal with this. We are there to guide you and help you from the start of the bereavement, right through to when you do not need our services any more. This can often be with practical matters, such as dealing with all the paperwork that needs to be done, as well as helping you plan and prepare all the arrangements for the service. We fully respect everyone's wishes regarding funeral arrangements and will do everything we can to accommodate them.
