Cathedral Funeral Services of Hereford are independent and privately owned firm of funeral directors, and we endeavour to provide a dignified and professional service in all that we do. At Cathedral Funeral Services we believe that every funeral is a unique tribute for the family and our aim is to allow you to say your farewells in the manner most appropriate to you and your loved one’s memory. We are supportive, sympathetic, highly professional and work closely with our customers to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We undertake services for all religious denominations and for those of no faith. At Cathedral Funeral Services we provide a wide range of funeral services for both burials and cremation which include 24 hour, 7 days a week personal attention, peace of mind as we attend to all necessary funeral arrangements, advice on certification and registration, a choice of coffins and caskets, floral tributes, hearses and limousines, horse-drawn funerals, traditional and modern funeral options, newspaper notices, prepaid and pre-planned funerals and more. We welcome visitors to our premises to view the Chapel of Rest which can seat fifteen people comfortably. (The Chapel is dedicated to St Benedict and St Ethelbert King and Martyr.) You may choose to hold a small private service instead of booking a church or rushing to arrange your service at the Crematorium. The Chapel can also be used by people who do not wish to hold a religious service and who wish to say farewell to loved ones in their own personal way. We can call at your home to make all the arrangements or, if you prefer, you may come to our office.
