The Slough Crematorium opened its doors in 1963 and is situated within the grounds of the Slough Cemetery which has been there since 1932. A multi-denominational chapel, this particular crematorium is able to perform a number of services. Including those that are religious as well as those that are civil too. There is seating within the chapel for up to 120 people and if there is a likelihood that the gathering may be larger than this then there are also outside speakers which can broadcast the service. Music during the service can come from either a CD that can be played through the sound system or a more experienced and traditional organist if that is more the approach that you would like to take. Memorials can be placed within the book of remembrance and you can also ensure that there is a memorial wall plaque displayed to remember your loved one for many years to come.
