Colwyn Bay Crematorium

Colwyn Bay Crematorium is in the grounds of the Bron Y Nant Cemetery. Access is via the A55 expressway at Junction 20. The crematorium itself has two chapels each of which has seating for 100 mourners, along with a waiting area and memorial room. Within the memorial room is where the Book of Remembrance is displayed. The chapel is also equipped with a hearing loop system. Services for burials or cremations are very much the same and you can make arrangements to tailor the service depending on your specific requirements. Civil ceremonies or no service at all is also available on request. For those who are unable to make the service, the crematorium now has the facility to broadcast funeral services over the internet. There is also an online book of remembrance which can be accessed on the crematoriums website.
