Paddy Lynam

Patrick Joseph Lynam was born in County Kildare. The fourth child to Nellie and Michael lynam, and the first boy. Paddy lived Kildare until the late 1950s, then he and the family moved to Luton, Bedfordshire. Paddy grew up in the Rothesay Road area of Luton. From a young age he found a love for boxing and boxed for Luton Boys. Mohammed Ali was one of Paddy’s hero’s and he was often be heard quoting his classic one liners. Paddy worked in the buildings in his younger days in the early 80s he married Annie after a few years and together. They went on to have three children Michael, Esther & Anna. Paddy is then became a Grandparent in his 60s and had 5 Grandchildren: Michael , Isla, Daniel, Louis & Logan. Paddy loved the Stones, Adele and many other legends in music, he was a well know character in Luton and left a big mark on many hearts, until his passing in November 2020. His legacy lives on through his family.
