Jean Hamilton

Jean was born on 27th December 1929. Her parents were Clifford and Christina. She left school at fourteen and worked in a shop for awhile. She then went to work in Jennymount Mill. Jean met Hughie on 12th July. After five years together they got married and went on to have Christina, John, Stephen and Kimberley. Jean also has four grandchildren and four grandchildren. She loved dancing and also knitting. She loved a good laugh and has dressed up as a Red Indian, Al Capone, Men in Black and Ringo Star! She enjoyed her holidays and she and Hughie often went to Blackpool. She took dementia in 2014 but remained cheerful over the years. She lived a full life and died at 91. A mum in a million ❤
