Jim sadly passed away on Sunday 17th March 2019, aged 91 years, after his family had spent the weekend by his side. You are warmly invited to join the family in remembering Jim at his funeral service on Wednesday 17th April 2019, the details can be found below. Sylvia would prefer that you do not wear black. Sylvia has also requested family flowers only. Donations will be gratefully received, in lieu of flowers, to the British Heart Foundation. Both floral tributes and donations can be completed online from this notice. The British Heart Foundation was chosen by the family as Jim had an aortic heart valve replacement in August 1994 which undoubtedly improved the quality of his life.
