Jake McPhail

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jake on 28th July 2019. A service to celebrate his life will take place at St Brannock's Church, Braunton on Monday 12th August at 2pm. Family flowers only please, donations in Jake's memory can be made at the service, via L Clarke & Sons or online at www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/jakemcphail The money raised will be put towards helping support others that are suffering with mental health.
