Lindel Munroe (Denzil) Johnson

6th Oct 1964 - 30th Aug 2022
57 years
In the early hours of the 30th of August, Denzil went home back to God. After years of battling with his illnesses he found peace in a place where there's no more pain and suffering. He was one of the most strong spirited and minded people in our community. He loved to laugh and joke, and always see the best in everything. He's already severely missed. Rest in paradise. Please don´t hesitate to share comments, memories and pictures below. Tributes can also be left. For visits, Denzil is resting at Wilbury Hills Cemetery between Letchworth and Stotfold, SG6 4EG. Details regarding the memorial service including address, time and dress code are all shown on here. RSVP through this page, on the top right. Any donations would be appreciated as we are still paying off and processing arrangements. Lindel Munroe Johnson, father, brother, uncle, friend 6/10/64 - 30/8/22 🤍🕊️

LJ and I shared some special memories from our teen years up to his transition. Even though no longer present in the flesh, it does not diminish our spiritual connection. I can still feel you, my brother. As we would often say to each other - ”Honor!”

Life today is very short. Yet, we can make each day count by the way we live. For Uncle Denzel, I know that he tried to leave a good record as well. As a child, my memories of him was that he always made it a habit to visit my brother and I whenever he came from England. He would take us to the beach, go for ice cream and visit other family members. He will definitely be missed. What serves to comfort me when I loose someone in death is knowing that they are no longer in pain. Also, I am assured by the experience of Job in the Bible. At Job 14 he asked the question: "If a man dies, can he live again?" In verse 15, the question was answered when he spoke of Jehovah's feelings. There he said " You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands." So I look forward to the future resurrection, when all those asleep in death, who are in God's memory, will get up. (Revelation 21:3, 4; John 5:28, 29) With Love, Candyce Johnson

I have good great days and not so great days since my dear brother went to sleep on August 30-2022 I know he’s at peace perfect peace. Love ❤️ you and miss you dearly. Even thou you can’t respond I still talk to you on my one hour ride from work in the morning brother. 🎈🎈🎈The good traits that my brother had processed were as I’ll as he was he would still try to help resolve other FOALKS issues. As sick as he was, he would drive to visit the I’ll person wherever they were. It was delightful for him. He never mumbled about it. Although he never quite received those sentiments in return from many, Lindel never got discouraged, even after he lost his mobility a year prior to existing this world. I believe in the next life Denzile Lindel, LJ..peace!!!

My Brother In Christ! For over 3 decades we have climbed many mountains together, literally and figuratively, You Lived as a man of action, open-minded approach to life, always giving your honest frank opinions, A family man, with love in your heart for all! always there to lend a hand to everyone you are able to, with a big heart and a mountain of optimism. You have managed the frailties of your body with dignity over the years. I will personally miss your seasonal well wishes and encouragements that you send out, even with your physical limitations...We know in the end God knows best...so Rest in Love my Brother! Rest in God! Uriel 🙏🏽❤️🕊

Uncle Denzil, I am still in disbelief of your passing. Death is inevitable, it is a journey that everyone must take. Our prayer is that we fulfill our days on earth and grow old before our time is up. Unfortunately, you were not able to to grow old before your time was up, but God in his infinite wisdom knows best. I pray that your soul is resting in perfect peace. I am blessed to have lived this life as your niece; you were and always will be an inspiration to me! I love you!❤️ - Your favorite niece (😉🤫) Trisha.
