As I sit here and try to figure out what to write and say, the words aren't here at the moment. And neither is Bre to help me find words when conversing with her. She was always a great conversationalist and wordsmith with any topic of discussion. Bre had a talent for music knowledge, what songs to pick for every situation and musical suggestions for anyone whom had a particular situation going on at that moment. That was a true gift. Breanna came into my life as a good friend, like a burst of wind through an open window. "Surprise, I'm here"!! Along with her she brought many a good friends and acquaintances that now are in my life as well. And I thank her for that. Breanna and I created a unique friendship and relationship that made her feel as I was actual, blood family. The title of being a Surrogate Dad. And as an actual dad with two kids, I know when a bond is formed with someone, when someone give you a title "Dad", calls you dad when you talk and message each other, when hearing it from a young woman whom respected me enough to bring me into her very personal circle, I was proud to be called "Dad" when we spoke. I know Breanna has a brother, and I hope that he doesn't find offense to this. I mean Zero dis-respect to both of yours' Father. Now, believe me, to hear that from someone whom had a good relationship with her biological father, and had passed years before, I had some shoes to fill. But the dad role is always a solid mold to follow, and a good dad fits the mold, no matter whom wants you to fill it for them. Bre was now known as my daughter, and I always called her that after she called me dad. I will always consider her my daughter in my family, And Rose a member as well. A dad can't sit here and write about what it feels like to lose a daughter, a close friend, cause sometimes you can't find the words to the amount of emptiness you suddenly have. A void, a feeling of wanting to talk to her one more time and hear about her day out with Rose, her one true love! Breannas spirit was placed in a body to be put here on earth for a short while to influence the lives of many! She was an Angel in disguise, sent by God to influence and change the lives of many, and she did. Some might ask why she had to suffer the way she did while here, well God has that answer, and trust me, I've asked and haven't gotten my answer yet. But along her travels here on earth, she met Rose. And Rose was the only one whom knew what she really was inside, an Angel. And Rose was picked to be the only one to be with this Angel before returning to Heaven. My dearest daughter Breanna, you will hurt no more. You will suffer no more, you will cry no more. You will be among your fellow Angels and with the King Of KIngs! One last thing...When ya get to the Gates of heaven and see Mom and Dad waiting for you, and you look back down on earth at those whom Ignored you, don't flip them off and holler out Ha! I'm in a better place than you!!!! PMSL! It might not go over well.....just a little dad advice. Always on my mind, Always in my heart. Signed, Your old man!
