Lilleywhite Funeral Service is an Independent family Funeral Directors established in 1897. We have become Prestwich's longest established firm of Funeral Directors, and the only remaining firm to still be owned and run by its founding family. Since 1897, Lilleywhite Funeral Service has been a name synonymous with dignity and pride in the profession of funeral directing. We are able to arrange both traditional and bespoke funerals with either a religious or non-religious content. Our history: Lilleywhite Funeral Service was founded in 1897 by John Reuben Lilleywhite, a local joiner, from Kirkhams, Whitefield. Reuben handed down the business to his son George who re-located the business to our present location on Bury Old Road, Prestwich in the 1960's. The company is now run by the fourth generation of the Lilleywhite family.
