Well done, you delivered a great service on the day and your shops are just like going into someone house, really welcoming and homely. Your service was unique and very personalised, you took time to incorporate something for everyone.

Thank you ARKA for helping to make Mum's funeral such a warm and happy occasion. You were gentle, thoughful and kind from the beginning and I really appreciated your ability to listen and help us sort out what was the most appropriate way to celebrate and remember Mum. It was such a relief not to be in a gloomy funeral parlour and to have people who were able to understand the spirit and atmosphere we wanted to create around her memorial.
