Managed by Trafford Council, Altrincham Crematorium is found in Altrincham, Cheshire. Opened in 1959 the chapel is open to all denominations and is able to seat as many as 110 people with standing room for 30 within the chapel. There is also space for mourners to stand in the entrance hall where the service can be relayed via a screen. For those who like a traditional approach there is the ability to book the electronic organ or you can book in for the computerised music system if you require a more modern approach. The content of the service can be changed to meet your own preference and this is something that you are able to discuss with your funeral director. Based not far from the A56 at Broadheath and Bowdon which is near junction 7 of the M56. There is also a good public transport not far from the crematorium for those who don’t drive.
